Delivery: 30 days ARO-Expedited Delivery Available FOB Factory in
black vinyl only for the following products:
Exam Stools Model: 991, 971, 961, and 951.
Lab stool: 871
Step Stool: 100, 101, 110, and 111.
Effective Date: The Texas Multiple Award Schedule contract is
effective from October 12, 2004 thru December 14, 2008. The prices
are certified identical to the most current GSA Contract 797-P-4560a
FSC Class 6530.
Placement of Orders for Approved Products: The purchasing process
for the contract should reflect the procedures outlined on the
contractor’s web site. The ordering entity is approved to use their
current purchasing documentation where applicable. Only products
listed in the previously mentioned GSA Contract, which has been
approved by the TBPC, are available for purchase.
Payment Terms: 2%-20 Days, Net 30 from date of invoice. Government
Credit Cards are accepted, however, no discounts will apply. All
invoices are dated the day of shipment and are due 30 days from that
date. A late payment charge of 1½% per month will apply for past due
accounts.
